Flavor profile
Clove, spiced wine, walnut chocolate and lemon pastry aromas lead into toasted marshmallow, dried strawberry, cumin and blood orange.
Pairing & serving
Try with dark chocolate, toasted walnuts or roasted mushrooms. Try neat at room temperature, then add a few drops of water or a large ice cube to taste. No decanting is needed.
After opening & when to enjoy
Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
