The king of the south, Aglianico hails from the Campania or Basilicata region (in most cases). Pair with your brisket or ribeye for a delicious and simple meal. Stick with Aglianico from the Vulture mountains for a earthy rustic wine or try Taurasi for a refined oak aged finish, especially Radici which sees 4yrs of aging minimum.
