Return approval, restocking fees and store credit

All returns require prior approval and an RMA number. Approved returns refunded to the original payment method are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Choose store credit for an approved return and the restocking fee is waived. Customers are responsible for return shipping, including when choosing store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping

Eligible U.S. orders with an order subtotal of $500 or more before taxes and discounts receive up to $75 off shipping automatically at checkout. This shipping offer cannot combine with any other discounts or promo codes. You pay any shipping cost above $75; for example, a $125 shipping charge becomes $50. Shipping rates and available methods depend on the order and delivery address and are calculated at checkout. Shipping restrictions still apply.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, including returns for store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we provide a return shipping label, its cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
