How the Engraving Process Works

Custom Bottle Engraving — How It Works

Step-by-step

1

Pick your bottle

Choose any select spirit online or in-store (found in our engrave collection).

2

Add text or upload a logo

Use the empty text boxes located to the right of the image. Short phrases are fastest. Enter up to two lines of text, up to 20 characters each line. Logos with outlines are preferred. High-res PNG/JPG works for simple art.

3

Place your order

Once received a team member will begin working on your bottle(s).

4

Confirm & Approve

We send a clean digital layout for approval same/next business day. On request we can engrave a test bottle for final mock up. Confirm placement, spelling, and any color-fill (gold or silver paste). Then lock it in.

5

We engrave

Precision laser/rotary etching. Optional gold/silver color-fill available.

6

Pickup or ship

Pickup at Arthur Ave or ship to eligible states.

File & Design Tips

  • Stencil images/art preferred: PNG JPG EPS (outlined).
  • Simple images/logos are the easiest.
  • No gradients/tiny filigree: solid shapes engrave best.
  • Placement: usually on flat glass areas (front face/back panel). Painted/coated glass may limit options.
