Librandi Gravello 750mL 2017

Gravello brings Calabria’s native Gaglioppo together with Cabernet Sauvignon in a structured southern Italian red. It offers a useful bridge between regional Italian grapes and the familiar shape of a Cabernet blend.

Pairing & serving

Serve around 60–64°F (16–18°C) with lamb, braised beef or aged pecorino. Taste first and decant gently only if needed; an older bottle may have sediment.

After opening & when to enjoy

Recork and refrigerate after opening. Aim to enjoy within 3–4 days for the freshest fruit; a mature bottle may fade sooner. Let reds warm back toward serving temperature before pouring.
