Serve lightly cool in a small tulip glass. Try with soft cheese, fresh apricot or a lightly sweet fruit tart.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
