Why do you call Peg Leg porker bourbon, it’s distilled in Tennessee not Kentucky?
Bourbon actually is a national term. Although some people are mislead to believe that in order to call a whiskey bourbon it must come from the state of kentucky; if the spirit is made with 51% corn, aged in new charred oak barrels, and distilled to a proof below 160, whiskey from any part of the country can be called bourbon!
