Ming River Sichuan Baijiu 50mL 45º

Crafted by China's oldest continuously operating distillery.  Ming River uses only the finest sorghum grain and purest water.  It is distilled in traditional Chinese pot stills, then placed in ceramic for a clean finish.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Green Apple peel, Papaya, Guava, Melon and a hint of ripe Cheese(!?)

Taste: Spicy Pink Peppercorn, Pineapple, Anise and Brine

Finish: Long, mellow and earthy
