Verdicchio has been grown in the Marche region for many centuries. It is known for making vibrantly fresh and crisp white wines that pair wonderfully with seafood.

Le Salse is named for the salt springs found under the town of Matelica where the wines are made. This brininess and minerality is directly imbued in the grapes and thus reflects in their wines.

Tangerine, lemon zest and green apple are on the palate with that ever-present minerality on the finish. Pair this organic white with seafood or creamy pasta.
