Blended Japanese whisky produced by Kanosuke Distillery in Kagoshima, Japan   • A blend of lightly peated single malt distilled from 100% malted barley at Kanosuke Distillery and a combination of unpeated malted and unmalted barley distilled at Hioki Distillery   • Double distilled using a combination of Kanosuke’s three Miyake copper pot stills and Hioki’s stainless steel pot stills   • Aged an average 3–5 years in a combination of new American oak, re-charred Mellowed Kozuru rice shochu American oak casks, sherry casks, and ex-bourbon casks; non-age statement   • A floral nose of summer melon, stone fruit, and lemongrass transitions to a rich, complex palate that leans into deep, bittersweet notes of black tea, orange peel, and raspberry   • No added coloring   • Non-chill filtered; 53% ABV  

Kanosuke’s Double Distillery Blended Malt & Grain Whisky is the result of the combined efforts of two brothers wishing to honor their grandfather, Kanosuke Komasa, with a collaborative whisky blend. Distilled at both the Kanosuke Distillery and nearby Hioki Distillery, this blend of malted and unmalted whiskies produced from 100% barley is carefully crafted to accentuate each of its components and rounds out the core range from Kanosuke.
