Key details

• Neutral grain spirit
• Proof: 190
• 1L bottle

Flavor profile

A neutral spirit intended as a recipe ingredient rather than a flavor-led sipping pour.

Pairing & serving

Dilute according to a tested infusion or extract recipe. It is not intended to drink neat; use finished, properly diluted preparations in desserts or cocktails.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed in its labeled container, away from heat, sparks and flame. Store finished diluted infusions according to their recipe; do not assume the concentrated spirit’s keeping properties apply to the diluted preparation.
