Comunidad No. 2 – El Lazo is produced by Ángel Cruz Robles at his small palenque in the Sierra Sur mountains outside of Sola de Vega, Oaxaca. The agaves used in this mezcal were grown from wild stock and harvested from La Casita, a steep hillside planting. This mezcal is earthy, intense, and complex. This Comunidad No. 2 batch was was distilled January 11, 2021.
