An expressive white, creamy and lightly juicy throughout, offering flavors of blood orange granita, fresh tarragon, yellow peach and mineral, set in a light-bodied frame. Vine training system: Guyot and bush vines
Vineyard position: located between Monteforte and
Soave
Vinification: Soft pneumatic pressing in controlled
atmospheres, settling of the must by cooling and
fermentation at low temperatures
Aging: 6 months in steel vats at low temperatures with
weekly batonnage
Tasting notes: fruity and fresh with aromas of tropical
fruits, white flowers, and wild herbs. On the palate, one
finds pineapple with some citrus
