Try over a large cube or in a Rum Old Fashioned. Pair with roast pork or toasted nuts. Try over ice or in a rum cocktail. For an aged expression, start neat at room temperature. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
