Flavor profile

Honey, roasted almond and stone fruit lead into vanilla and buttery toast. The palate is silky and tropical, with a creamy vanilla impression.

Pairing & serving

Try with almond biscuits or a small piece of white chocolate. Try neat at room temperature, then add a few drops of water or a large ice cube to taste. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
