COS Rami combines Grecanico and Inzolia in a dry Sicilian white with an unusually broad aromatic range. Flowers, grapefruit oil, herbs and honey-like notes sit over a substantial texture and a mineral finish.

Flavor profile

Pairing & serving

Serve cool rather than ice-cold, around 50–55°F (10–13°C), with roast fish, herb-roasted chicken or aged cheese. Let the first glass open up before deciding on a brief decant.

After opening & when to enjoy

Recork and refrigerate after opening. Aim to enjoy within 3–5 days for the freshest fruit and aroma; let a chilled pour warm slightly before serving.
