Yellowstone Rum Cask finishes four-year Kentucky straight bourbon in rum barrels for nine weeks. The extra maturation brings tropical sweetness and spice to a profile of toasted marshmallow, toffee and oak.

Pairing & serving

Try neat or over a large cube with grilled pineapple or barbecued pork. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
