Y.A. Bakemono #3 Domo Komo Double Cask Blended Malt Whisky 700mL
Dōmo-Kōmo brings together malt whisky from the Mars Komagatake and Tsunuki distilleries, matured in the humid setting of Yakushima Island. This third Bakemono release combines two ex-bourbon casks, balancing fruit and custard-like richness with a lightly peated edge.

Flavor profile
Custard and fresh fruit aromas lead into lively orchard fruit, cardamom and clementine oil, followed by a dry finish.
Pairing & serving
Taste neat, then add a few drops of water. Try with an orchard-fruit tart, roasted almonds or lightly smoked poultry. No decanting is needed.
After opening & when to enjoy
Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
