Woodinville Straight Rye uses grain from the Omlin family farm in Washington and matures across the Cascades. Long outdoor wood seasoning, slow toasting and heavy char shape a spice-led whiskey with a rounded palate.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
