Woodford Reserve Double Oaked uses a second oak maturation to deepen its bourbon character. The resulting profile brings rich caramel and toasted-wood notes to a rounded Kentucky pour.

Flavor profile

Dark fruit, caramel, honey and chocolate lead into vanilla, hazelnut and apple with warm spice. The finish returns to honeyed apple and cream.

Pairing & serving

Try neat or over a large ice cube. Pair with roasted pecans, dark chocolate or barbecue pork.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
