WhistlePig 18 Double Malt Rye uses both malted rye and malted barley alongside unmalted rye. Eighteen years of maturation bring peppery grain, floral and earthy accents, and rounded toasted notes together.

Serve neat at cool room temperature and add water only after tasting. Pair with toasted walnuts or aged cheddar.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
