Malt from two very different Japanese climates meets in this Tsunuki-led collaboration. Akkeshi spirit matured in Kagoshima is blended with Tsunuki’s own malt, bringing ripe fruit and custard together with a light touch of peat.

After opening & when to enjoy

Store upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. Ready to enjoy now; spirits do not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest flavor, especially as the bottle empties.

No decanting is needed.
