Flavor profile

Wine-like aromas, cherry and wax lead into delicate texture, clove-spiced orange and dried-fruit richness. The finish is long, gently warming and dry.

Pairing & serving

Serve a small pour neat in a tulip glass. Allow a few minutes in the glass and add water only drop by drop; try with plain dark chocolate.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
