Flavor profile
Dates, figs and milk chocolate with dried tropical fruit. Orange marmalade, honeycomb, ginger and cinnamon lead to pineapple, vanilla, dark chocolate and coffee.
Pairing & serving
Sip neat, then try a few drops of water. Pair with dark chocolate or a small portion of dried figs and nuts. No decanting is needed.
After opening & when to enjoy
Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
