Flavor profile

Mango and pineapple aromas meet cedar, followed by coriander, violet and salted caramel. Floral and citrus notes linger on the finish.

Pairing & serving

Serve neat in a tulip glass with dried mango or a small piece of salted caramel. Add water sparingly.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
