Flavor profile

Malt, fudge and vanilla aromas develop into candied citrus, honey and toffee. Ginger and cinnamon give the sweet oak a gentle spicy finish.

Pairing & serving

Serve neat or with a few drops of water. Try with toasted coconut desserts, shortbread or mild aged cheese.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
