Fruit and seaweed aromas meet charred wood and fudge. Dry smoke, creamy oak and light stone fruit lead to a long, salty finish with white pepper.

Pairing & serving

Sip neat with a few drops of water if desired. Try with smoked salmon or lightly salted almonds.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
