Blueberry, green-apple candy and toasted almond aromas lead into chocolate mint, star anise and sesame. Dill and black pepper linger on a warming finish.

Try neat, then add water slowly. Pair with rye bread, aged cheddar or dark chocolate.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
