St. George Lot 21 combines several roast levels of barley with an unusually broad selection of casks. The American single malt draws on bourbon, Tennessee whiskey, apple-brandy, agricole-rum and Sauternes-style wine casks.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
