Flavor profile

Baked apple, mango and black cherry meet hazelnut and leather. Ripe fruit gives way to red and black pepper, barley and American oak on the long finish.

Pairing & serving

Serve neat at cool room temperature, adding a few drops of water if desired. Try with roasted hazelnuts or apple tart without an overly sweet topping.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
