Port Charlotte SC:01 combines Islay-grown barley with a multi-part Sauternes-cask program. The nine-year peated single malt brings fruit, honey and floral notes into a smoky, maritime frame.

Flavor profile

Peach, apricot, melon and pineapple meet vanilla fudge and flowers. Peat smoke, leather, chocolate and citrus follow through a marine finish.

Taste neat and add water gradually. Pair with smoked fish or roasted mushrooms.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
