Flavor profile

Nose: red berries, white-wine fruit, wafer and sea air. Palate: raspberry, dark cherry, malt and pepper. Finish: medium-dry oak, fruit and coastal salinity.

Pairing & serving

Sip neat first, then add water to taste. Try smoked salmon, roast duck or dark chocolate. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
