Maturation on Yakushima Island brings a saline edge to this blend of Komagatake and Tsunuki malts. Lemon tea, honey and leather lead into banana and pear, giving the whisky a rounded fruit profile with a coastal finish.

After opening & when to enjoy

Store upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. Ready to enjoy now; spirits do not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest flavor, especially as the bottle empties.

No decanting is needed.
