Flavor profile

Leather, vanilla, clove and ginger lead to orange taffy, sesame, peanut brittle and peach notes. Fresh oak brings a drying finish.

Pairing & serving

Add water in small steps after a first taste. Pair with sesame crackers or roasted nuts. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
