Flavor profile

Vanilla pastry and pineapple meet marigold, coriander, orange oil, chocolate mole and charcoal notes.

Pairing & serving

Serve neat in a small glass, adding a few drops of water if desired. Try with dark chocolate or lightly spiced nuts. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
