Flavor profile
Lemon, lime and sherbet meet vanilla, coconut, fig and raisin. Orange zest, ginger, chocolate and baked apple follow through the long finish.
Pairing & serving
Serve neat with a little water, alongside dark chocolate or almond biscuits.
After opening & when to enjoy
Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
