Flavor profile

Grapefruit, peach and apple aromas meet vanilla sponge and almond. Caramel, lemon cake and light chocolate lead to a creamy, spiced finish.

Pairing & serving

Serve a small pour neat, then add water gradually. Try with citrus cake or lightly salted almonds.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
