Oloroso sherry casks give this Kavalan anniversary single malt a deep combination of dried fruit, chocolate and coffee. Made in Taiwan, it layers plum and candied cherry over a warm, tannic oak structure.

Flavor profile

Plum, raisins and candied cherry on the nose; dark chocolate, espresso and toasted sugar on the palate, with cinnamon and clove.

Try with dark chocolate, roasted almonds or a fruitcake.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
