Flavor profile

Nose: cinnamon, custard, banana and smoky incense. Palate: black tea, salted caramel and baking spice. Finish: dry, salty-sweet smoke.

Pairing & serving

Add water gradually after a first neat taste. Pair with smoked cheese, roasted nuts or dark chocolate. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
