Kanosuke’s flagship single malt uses lightly peated barley and a mix of rice-shochu, sherry and bourbon casks. Banana and lemon-cake aromas lead into candied quince, ginger and restrained campfire smoke.

Try neat or with a little water alongside roast chicken, nuts or lemon cake. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
