An IPA cask adds fresh-hop and grapefruit character to this US-selected Kanosuke single malt. More than five years of maturation brings lively malt and vanilla together with pine and gentle spice.

Pairing & serving

Try a small pour with water added gradually. Pair with grilled seafood, sharp cheddar or citrus desserts.

After opening & when to enjoy

Store upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. Ready to enjoy now; spirits do not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest flavor, especially as the bottle empties.

No decanting is needed.
