Iwai Tradition puts malt at the center of a blend matured in ex-bourbon, sherry and red-wine barrels. A little peated malt adds depth beneath toffee, dark chocolate and black tea.

Pairing & serving

Sip neat, over a large cube or in a highball. Try with grilled mushrooms or dark chocolate. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
