Ichiro's Malt Chichibu US 2024 Edition 700mL

Chichibu’s US Edition combines 16 casks of unpeated single malt, mostly ex-bourbon with one ex-sherry cask. Long fermentation in Mizunara washbacks and copper-pot distillation precede maturation ranging from four to ten years.

Sip neat, then add a little water. Pair with roasted nuts or mild cheese. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
