Twelve years in American oak followed by three years in Mizunara give Hatozaki Omakase a distinctive maturation sequence. Sandalwood, dried fruit and caramel connect its malty foundation with spicy, nutty oak notes.

Sip neat, then add a little water. Pair with toasted almonds, apple tart or mild aged cheese. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
