Flavor profile

Malted cereal and dried fruit lead, with honey and a gentle smoky undertone in an otherwise unpeated profile.

Pairing & serving

Try neat with roasted almonds or dried apricots. A little water opens the glass without burying the lighter malt notes.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
