Basil, pine needle and green apple on the nose, followed by pear, mint and kiwi. The finish is green tea and gentle smoke.

Pairing & serving

Try neat or in a chilled highball with soda. Pair with grilled fish, sushi or lightly smoked poultry.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
