Flavor profile

Cinnamon, nutmeg and sesame mingle with treacle, cherry, raisin and date. Ginger, chocolate, grass and walnut add detail.

Pairing & serving

Taste neat, then add a few drops of water. Pair with walnuts or a dried-fruit cake. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
