Flavor profile

Vanilla and butterscotch meet peach, apricot and apple, followed by malt, allspice and chocolate.

Pairing & serving

Taste a small neat pour and add water slowly. Pair with dried apricots or almond biscuits. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
