Manzanilla sherry-cask maturation gives this Bunnahabhain a layered fruit-and-nut character. Caramel, berries and dried figs sit alongside cashew, malt and oak in a robust 52.3% single malt.

Flavor profile

Caramel and berries lead into cashew, fig and other dried fruit, with malt, toffee and oak rounding out the palate.

Pairing & serving

Try neat and then with a few drops of water. Pair with salted almonds, aged hard cheese or mushroom toast.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
