Flavor profile
Pineapple, kiwi, green banana and lime zest meet baked apple and hazelnut. Clove, pepper, vanilla and cinnamon carry the fruit through a lasting finish.

Try a small neat pour, then add water a few drops at a time. Pair with apple tart, toasted hazelnuts or aged cheese.
After opening & when to enjoy
Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
